Guy with 400 ping. I end up spawning with a pea shooter as primary weapon no matter what gun i choose.

The Noob guns (M16, M4A1, ACW-R, M98b, and basically all premium batch* guns earned via assignments) need to be balanced or ban noobards who boast.
