Voice Communication is Key to be part of this platoon, If you don't use Team Speak the very least you can enable VOIP in game. However this is not the only recruitment; Playing by the rules of the server we play in, we don't glitch, cheat or boost in any form, we dont knife (intentionally) and or Teabagg our own members, On servers there is a plugin separating between us at the end of a round, players must try to assist asap the players (from our own platoon) on the loosing side.
We use Team Speak that was given to us by Thobais, be sure to thank him when you see him.

Why the name PHOENIX?
Its symbolic to the resurrection of xN, GOLD, and GLDF platoons we came from and no longer have active founders.
