Founded on 31st December 2014, the Pen 15 Club is the collective embodiment of philosopher Damian Philiscock's "Sharpie Theory" - the idea that when numerous quantities of an object are concentrated in a small vacinity, under immense pressure, they will stand strong, erecting inside each body an unfailing sense of pride.
