1. Patch Ddostool (Crashtool) after 1 billion years finally

2. make statements about better cheatprotection cuz admitting hackers rapidly increased cuz Gametimeaccounts

3. disable moving from rcon and all commands from procon from official server so hackers can ragehack as much as they want since gametime is for official server but 1 step before trying to fix it, also guid banlist not working anymore ;D
