Hi. I was playing operation metro on your server just now at 8.30pm (GMT) and I typed the word "crap" and i got instantly banned for 24hrs. I would like to know how is that a vulgarity and it is unfair that you guys banned me for 24 hrs while others players are way worse than me and they got issued a final warning and a demerit of one point while I did not have any warning and was banned immediately. If that is a vulgarity on your server, I deeply apologized and hope that you guys can unban me. I did not know that using the word "crap" is a vulgarity. Thanks

Hello,
I have recently (tonight actually) had to ban several of your clan members from the following server : #1 MyOnlineWAR.eu & IGNITE-ESPORTS.COM | CONQUEST 2000T.
The banned members that I will not name, were disrespecting the server rules. One of the members was abusing C4 suicide quads, whereas it is clearly stated in the rules that such behavior is not allowed.
We know that Lone Army players regularly play in our servers. Therefore, we expect them to know, understand, and obey the rules, as they're playing on a server that doesn't belong to them.
Therefore, we banned the offender from the server. Right after, another LA member asked why his mate got banned, we kindly explained that he was only banned for this round, and asked them to kindly read the rules again.
Right after that, a few LA members, started flaming our administrative policy, discussing and arguing our server rules. More over, these members started making repeated C4 suicide quads, and we finally had to ban them all.
I would like that the administrators (or people in charge) of this clan, make their members understand that when they're playing on a server that doesn't belong to them, they have to comply with ALL rules. Our community pays for servers, everyone is welcome to play for free, but the least they can do is to respect the rules. The rules are available by typing !rules in the in-game chat, as well as on our website. We do not allow people to discuss the rules in-game. Everyone has to follow them, if one of your members cannot do so, they shall find another server to play. If LA members want to keep playing on our servers, they have to understand that rules are here to be respected, and not discussed. That's our server, our community, our rules. Offenders will not be welcome anymore.

I do not defending my clan members. If they broke the rules. I warn them. If they don't obey. I kick them out from our Clan. I've kicked several people so far. Point is about them been banned from MyOnlineWar I found that out when X-Blaze post it on our platoon page. I do not have time to play the game myself.
Once I've found out. I ask my member on what they did. I got an answer. So I login to your server to see what rules they are. Then I came back and notify the member. And warn them not to use quad bike or anything against the rules. They all understand.
Couple weeks after I notify the members. One of our member 'Jagora' was C4 the tank without using quad or anything. He got banned. That's all I can explain. I do not wish to start any complicate relationship between our Clan and your side or any other Players.

แล้วก็ไม่เข้าใจว่าต้องแบนกันทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้ผิดกฎ ห้าม car bomb อันนี้ทางเราเข้าใจ ก็ไม่เล่น แต่พอเดินเอา c4 ไปแปะ แล้วโดนแบนนี่หมายความว่าไง ???

As many of you guys were banned from MyOn server by Wallabi for repeated use of c4,last time you all got unbanned coz I requested him to unban you all,yesterday your guy jagora came in the server and was doing c4 quad for the whole time he was kicked with stated reason that "no c4 quad,next time ban"....so what he does is he joins the server again today and does c4 quad without caring about the rules.
So his ban wont be lifted and I'll personally forward this thing to sammad143
