The Invisible 9

The fruit of illegal experiments with human beings
in violation of international war treaties,
the Invisible 9 is group of secret
platoons created by the Kauplan Institute,
whose existence is officially denied by
the imperial government.
Each of the platoons division numbers
have the number '9' as their first digit,
although Imperial tradition dictates that
no platoon be given that numeral as a first
number, since the first Emperor died
on September 9.
