Mobile Task Force Sigma-7 is a battalion-strength force consisting of three company-sized elements of special operations infantry forces, a light armored vehicle company, tank platoon, helicopter squadron, chemical-biological-radiological-nuclear (CBRN) platoon, combat engineer platoon, nuclear weapon specialist (NWS) squad, plus additional combat specialists and support personnel.

It is a multi-national unit that has Chinese, American, and Russian troops serving with it. MTF Sigma-7 is currently based out of Site-31, located in ███████, ████. It's goal is to battle any groups of interest for control of SCPs, to protect population centers, and to protect SCP sites and important personnel.
