Thank you for your feedback. There are points to correct here. First of all; we are not a "noobs only" server, our clan's name is Noobs R Us, here is the difference. We have never affirmed anywhere that we are only playing with "noobs", you may have interpreted this on your own. The only thing we have is a K/D limit of 2, to prevent huge kill farmers. But we have such nice and good players on our server and this is fine. We will not punish players for having great rounds and making a nice score. Then concerning the autobalance, think that it cannot be perfect every single round, there will be always issues, sometimes it will work normally, sometimes it won't. This is just the game, there is a winning and a losing team. We cannot improve this much better as it is currently. But I can definitely tell you that we are always trying our best to make every round fair for all, but that's not so easy to do. So you have to be cool on your side too, we are not a "Russian hackers server", we are a little community playing for pleasure and trying his best to make rounds fair.

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate that you took time to answer. From my experience on other servers having active admins just an example (suggestion): if one of the teams (or members of that team) is base raping, then nuke that team, not only one specific member of that team. The same thing should happen if the ticket difference is in the range of hundreds.
As active admin(s) you could also balance the game by moving players from one team to another. (excepting VIP's obviously)
