About M3RC:
3rd Mercernary Group was formed in 2013 as an off shoot of the original MERC. After its official activation it was decided to change its unit tag from MRC to M3RC as to properly represent 3rd Mercernary Group and seperating it from any other Mercernary "clans" as the Elite. 3rd Mercernary group is the only Mercernary unit with a number representing the organazation.. M3RC is known primary for the bonding friendships and trust formed over periods of time as well as it "HARDER HARDCORE" gaming. Because of this, M3RC usually maintains a small brotherhood of the most Honorable and Loyal, which is represented by the M3RC "Platoon Shield" founded and designed 2014. M3RC recruiting is only by personal invitation from a leader or above. If invited by a leader or above, then you must be a trusted friend of a trusted member.
Personal Kit Selection:
M3RC does not dictate to friends(members) how to enjoy there game and experience. However, we do encourage positive squad and team gaming to help extend everyone's gaming experience. We also discourage "Kit Hoping".
Our reason is to encourage you to form trust and learn to depend on your battle buddy to be an expert in his chosen class. This approach, if properly followed will enhance your combat experience.
M3RC Shield and Colors:
M3RC Shield and Colors was founded and designed in 2014 by 2 of 3 original founders of 3rd Mercernary Group Members. The five gold dots represents 5 squad members, with squad leader being middle dot and 2 squad members flanking on each side. The Crowned Skull and diamond Teeth, represents the individual member and the qualities needed to be apart of M3RC. The Gold Colors stands to M3RC standards of excellence we expect.
The color black...well, "never bet against Black"! :)
The M3RC Shield is not a required Logo for members to wear. Only Optional.
Rank and Structure:
There is no official Rank, however we do maintain structure. Through the battlelog promotion system we utilize the Founder, Leader, Member system to identify how long and the status of the friendship established within M3RC and its members. However, in order to be leader and or founder after a period of time, it is required that you must represent the M3RC tag as a symbol of respect for your M3RC brothers!
Competitive Gaming
M3RC does not have an officially competitive gaming squad(s). However, we do maintain to be competitive at all times. Loosing is not an Option! Members are free to form there own squads for actual competive events on there own accord. However, it is not to say that M3RC will not consider future explorations into this growing field.
