What's up with the balance recently. everytime i join i get unbalanced teams (and of course i'm on the one with fewer members - the losing one). Messed up my whole stats.
most unbalacned game just now with 14 vs 21 players.

I know, I was in the server too. The problem is that we are running the server as an official one because in ranked mode we are not able to fill it. Since genius DICE doesn't allow admins to move, kick or ban players on official servers we don't have any possibility to balance games or even to permit teamswitching. If one team gets pushed into baserape and all the noobs start to switch to the winning team then the round becomes like the one you saw...
