PROBATION
Probation is not a rank but a punishment and will be put upon people who will not do their job and/or do not do the requirements they are asked and will have 30 days to recover or else they will be kicked from the clan.
PRIVATE
The Recruit rank is the first position for newly recruited members to TWC. Privates are required to read the TWC Code Of Conduct, The Recruit must put their rank in their motto. And who recruited them and the Date in their Bio.
PFC-PRIVATE FIRST CLASS
The Recruit is eligible to be promoted to Private First Class after 2 Days in TWC. The Private First Class is responsible for getting familiar with the TWC Culture and the members in their branch. A Private First Class is also responsible for getting familiar with the TWC Code Of Conduct, and the TWC Ranking Structure. A Private First Class should also attend meetings and activities.
CORPORAL
A member has to be in TWC for 2 weeks and have a basic understanding of the TWC community to be eligible for promotion to the Corporal position. A corporal should be familiar with the TWC Code Of Conduct and read it to a current TWC officer, and the TWC Ranking Structure. A Corporal is expected to attend meetings and participate in community activities.
SERGEANT
A member who has been in TWC for 3 weeks and has recruited at least 1 new member can then be promoted to Sergeant. They should have a general understanding of the TWC Community, and are encouraged to be a leader and associate themselves with all the members in their branch. Sergeants should learn the recruiting process and attend clan meetings.
LIEUTENANT
Sergeants who have performed exceptionally for 4 weeks are eligible for promotion to Lieutenant. The Lieutenant rank is the first officer rank in the TWC Ranking Structure. These members are responsible for assisting other officers in branch activities and duties. Lieutenants are expected to fully understand the TWC Code Of Conduct, and know the responsibilities of all the ranks in the TWC Ranking Structure. Lieutenants must fully understand and help others to learn the proper way to recruit. Lieutenants are also expected to solve minor problems while maintaining appropriate conduct.
CAPTAIN
Lieutenants that have performed exceptionally are eligible for promotion to the Captain rank upon a recommendation from a superior. Captains are responsible for running various branch activities, and making sure new recruits get involved in the community activities. Captains should continue to help recruit, make promotion recommendations to the Generals and assist in problem solving. Captains are expected to attend weekly branch meetings.
MAJOR
Members that performed successfully for 4 weeks in the Captain position are eligible to be promoted to the Major rank. Majors are expected to learn how to manage a branch. Majors must act as a representative for their branch when the General is away. The Major can do all the responsibilities of the General when directed by the General or a higher ranking officer. Majors can manage branch tags and run meetings. The major should also assist in promoting branch activities and assuring that the branch has active serious gamers.
GENERAL
The General rank can be given to a Major who has shown exceptional leadership skills in the Major position. The General is the highest rank in the TWC community. They are responsible for making sure all their members are informed of current community events by sending out messages. Generals give the promotions to members who are deserving, and demotions to those members who have failed to do their responsibilities. Generals are responsible for training and making sure meetings are held weekly. Generals are responsible for the overall satisfaction of the members of their branch and making sure the members of their branch are active.
President & V.President (Founders)
Is not a rank you can achieve. They are the people who created the clan. They oversee every member.
Code of Conduct and Rules
1. All TWC members are expected to read and follow the TWC Code of Conduct.
2. The minimum age requirement to join TWC is 16 years of age. There Will be no exceptions and even if you are above 16 and u show you are not mature you will be kicked out of the clan.
3. TWC does not allow discrimination based on race, gender, age, religious affiliation, or for any other reasons. This will be strictly enforced.
4. All TWC Members Will Respect the Leadership. Regardless of what you think. They are there to help you and they do a lot of work within the clan to make sure it runs smoothly.
5. TWC Leaders are expected to show proper conduct, leadership skills, and a high level of professionalism. Accepting a leadership position is a CHOICE, therefore if you cannot handle the responsibility, please don’t accept the position.
6. All TWC members must represent the clan in a positive and respectful manner regardless of whether they are playing games, using the Xbox Party Chat/Personal Chat system, or in any other online/offline environment.
7. TWC Members are not permitted to participate in any other clan, groups, etc. Your either in the clan or not. Failure To comply with this will result in dismissal from the clan.
8. All TWC Members must follow the rules and expectations of Xbox Live.
9. All members of TWC will show their support of TWC by putting TWC in their clan tag
10. Just enjoy playing the game and most of all be proud of what we represent
