Here I took a screenshot from bunch of Assholes who exceeded the viper kill limit, and they also had taken our chopper (I guess thats not a rule). No admins were around so the tower also came down 8 games in a row I think.

A question: what about lowering the Attack-Heli-Kill-Limit to around 50? With 75 as limit people can play nearly the whole round before reaching the limit and you have people like "FaRmEd_By_HaXx" on the server who have 10500kills in heli with KDR5,7 and top weapon has only 90 kills. I don't want to moan about good heli people in general, but people playing ONLY heli ALL the time and Nothing else - are annoying ;)
