Optimal Outcome is a clan of various talents and skill sets demonstrated by our prestigious members. As a recruit you will be expected to impress your higher ranking members by outdoing your fellow recruits. However they are not your enemy. You will respect each other no matter their rank or position in the clan. We can all be friends and get along if you can accept and respect these requirements. In failure to follow these requirements you will be demoted and/or removed from the clan. Depending on the severity of the offense. During clan battles you will be expected to follow orders given by you commander i.e. me (IEQxDaNextLevel). If I don't give an order, your squad leaders, that have been chosen by me, are trusted to make the necessary choices to keep you alive and our team on top, so you are expect to follow their orders unless I say otherwise. Your squad leader will pick you and three others to complete the squad. Your squad leader will often be your recruiter. You will be put through basic training and given a rank based on you performance. You Battlefield "level" will not matter at all, whatsoever. If you have a problem with that you can either nut up and shut up or be removed. the choice is yours. After basic training you can choose your branch of military.
