So shit has changed in bf4 from 2016, tiny variations in mechanics that can ruin the launch...
but to get a MRAP on tower C from the East side you need 12 combinations of m15/c4. you can get a friend who has 6 c4 or you can set 6 m15 yourself, redeploy and get 6 c4, you steal need someone to company you or you cant launch, I have theoritical methodes of launching the mrap on tower alone but it isnt complete.
You need the ANTI tank field upgrade and the SPEC OPS field upgrade for engineer and recon respectively, after you have your upgrades you can proceed to next step.
You set the m15 and c4 in place HERE

https://ibb.co/eK40tb [ibb.co] and you have to use Vehicle Field of View of 70(Hor +86) in order to match the picture, you will end up on top ledge near elevators if everything goes right. One good way to trigger to explosives is with sniper rifle :)
