IN-GAME Organization
1st Squad : x-315157 as squad leader, and KSK soldiers. In the event that there are 6 KSK soldiers online at once, they will spilt into two groups of 3, the second squad led by the highest ksk ranked soldier.

2nd Squad : This is used if we have more than 5 players, the ranking soldier takes command and we split up the players into two squads, I should be able to communicate with this player either by google+ hangouts, battlelog, etc. As you can not hear the mic of another squad.

Made a new platoon for the hell of it, im still with KSK though.

Its called BND, german intelligence. The objective of the BND platoon is hide and spot people using equipment, they only engage at critical moments striking at groups with suppressed firearms. Its pretty ridiculous lol. Trying to emulate a spy or covert operative obviously.

BND works on hardline as well, although KSK does not work with hardline, as they are a military unit not the police.

Obviously there will need to be a lot of players to fill the ranks, for now everyone is part of 1st Squad, and I will be 1st Squad Ldr. Once it has 4-5 people then I or another player will start second squad.

These are Specialized-Action Squad setups based on the real KSK
Only a guideline, unless the right people are in the right squad then this would make us all lose.
I don't want anyone locked into a role,maybe one day it can be tried out, you have to adapt to win. I also know most players don't want someone queuing the "attack this base" every minute just because they are Sqd Ldr. The tactics and movements of the squad will be coordinated via Mic or through the group following and supporting the Sqd Ldr. Large Scale tactics etc will be a bridge crossed when and if this group has at least 3 squads of active players.

Command Squad
1st Squad: land insertions
2nd Squad: intelligence gathering and airborne operations
3rd Squad: amphibious operations
4th Squad: operations in special geographic or meteorological surroundings (e.g. mountains or polar regions)
5th Squad: sniper/counter-sniper operations
6th Squad: reconnaissance (map spotting, fast-attack base capturing)

Other Squads
Repair Squad
Supply Squad
Airborne Squad

There will be specific ranks/positions that you may want to do.
A few examples:
1. TUGs ; Communications Recon Soldier, spots and places TUGs at strategic locations
2. Mines : Anti-Tank Engineer Soldier, this guy will place mines at bases we just capped, and take the Anti-Take socrestreak.
3. Sniper,Skilled: 5th Squad : sniper/counter-sniper operations
4. Mobile-Spawn ; Scout-Recon Soldier, keeps the pressure on the enemies spawn area by putting a mobile spawn right outside of the base closest to the enemy main-base/spawn.
5. Anti-Air; anyone can do this, but I will assign someone to be a dedicated anti-air soldier, if they can do it. They will spawn with a stinger and use anti-air vehicles if available. If we have a decent Air Force it will make this Soldiers job easier, but he should be prepared to take out 3 choppers in the sky if we are losing, or at least hassle them so the pilots can take them out.

Well those are some ranks/jobs I thought of, there will be more if the need arises.
