Jomsviking Code from the Jomsviking Saga

1. It is allowed to accept no one to the crew of Jomsvikings, who will not achieve fifteenth or who has surpassed his sixtieth year.
2. A warrior can not be a Jomsviking, who is to flee from an enemy not much stronger nor much better armed than himself.
3. Everyone must be obliged to revenge death of other member of the crew as a brother.
4. It is not allowed to denunciate and argue among the companions.
5. Whatever happens new, Jarl (Ozzy) should know about it.
6. Who will kill father, brother, or relative of other member of the crew and it will see the daylight after it, when he became one of the crew, he should intrust his case to the Jarl to decide, private hate and vengeance put aside.

8. It is not allowed to stay out of the stronghold for more than three days without the permission of the Jarl.
9. All the war acquisitions and goods belonging to killed members of the crew should be publicly sold or lots drawn between members.
10. It is not allowed to offend other one with words; in case of argument it is not allowed to take part in it with humiliating words.
11. Nobody can be accepted for the crew because of his wealth, relationship or friendship, Only these, who their names left for the next generations, are worth of being in Jomsburg.
12. Who brake the law, will be thrown out of it with the biggest disgrace from the crew.
