A teamwork oriented platoon organized to be ran by the consensus of it's members, with the members quality of gaming placed foremost in priority.
Charter:
Offices shall be held by active members through popular vote. Voting Quorum: Minimum of 4 members or 1/3 of membership roster present. Meetings to be held by movement of members present.
Offices held annually or until Officer becomes inactive for 30 days, or until removed by a majority of members vote.
Leadership Offices by chain of command:
Commanding Officer (CO), when 10-100 members.
Lieutenant Commanding Officer (LCO), 15-100 members.
Staff Officer (SO), 15-100 members.
Staff Officer (SO), 20-100 members.
Senior Squad Chief 4-100 members.
Squad Chief, every 5 members. (up to 19 Chiefs)
In-game officers shall have an advisory role. All members interested in playing squad leader are eligible, & should take turns. For example: If 3 members in a 5 person squad want to lead, then after 1/3 of lowest team tickets or 1 out of 3 games played, squad leader should leave squad & rejoin to make room for next in line. If all members in squad agree to have just 1 squad leader, that's OK too. If you do not want to act as squad leader (call out objectives) be sure to vacate the position by leaving squad & rejoining.
Members may be removed after 60 days of inactivity to make room for new members. Hackers or glitch exploiters shall be removed.
