gingeralien, the player you was shouting hacker on last night is banned from karambit.
he is a hacker and is now delt with.
best way to report it to a server admin is to record it and post it on the server platoon page so it can be delt with.
as long as there is active admins runing the servers, and not like the FPS servers witch just runs with no active admin at all.
