In 2009 EA games released the free to play videogame known as "Battlefield Heroes". The game was a huge success, and ran for five years with over 10 million players logging in to play at one point. The game centered around two countries, Royal Britainia and the National Federation. These parodied nations fought a parodied second world war, with players choosing their factions and standing by them till victory or death on the battlefield. Of these players, one by the name of SonicHero15; a National fighter pilot, created a group by the unit number 665th. It started as a fighter group and grew into several fully manned service branches throughout the span of the war, gathering over 50+ players from both National and Royal armies. The game unfortunately was shut down in July of 2015, ending the service of the combat unit....until now. A soldier by the name of Heartless sprouted up from the scared European battlefield with several of his "fallen" comrades. They swore to keep the unit going, fighting where they were needed the most; where freedom was threatened and games were boring. We are the Ghosts of the Lost Battalion, ghosts that haunt the series that ended it in the first place.
