2) Maturity: enough said.
3) Teamwork:
3-a) Spot targets.
3-b) Revive/Resupply/Repair Squad first.
3-c) If you can't fly/drive then pass it on...
4) Play the OBJECTIVE (PTFO)
5) Communication:
5-a) No excessive background noise dominating mic.
