No vehicle could pass the bridge without his permission because he kept the lock active all the time. Only when someone who was driving tank stayed there, he would let tank pass and activate the lock again immediately.

But what I want to say is not just that. I was driving an IFV from the game started and I wanted to pass the bridge, but it seemed that our gatekeeper didn't want me to pass, so I gave it up and just stay near D. Minutes later I found our gatekeeper wasn't in his position, so I drove to the bridge and got out, tried to deactivate the lock. When I pressed the button and turned around, guess what I saw?
