Clan's Mission Statement:

Loyalty > Skill: One of the biggest lessons I have learned playing clan matches is that loyalty is more important than skill. As many clan leaders do, I only went for highly skilled player. Unfortunately, some of the most skilled players come with some of the most problems.

Throughout all the matches I played I found out my best players were not the ones with the most kills, points, or skill level but the players who showed up to every practice. The players who kept the order in the clan match by staying in their spots, keeping look out, providing support, and maintaining clear communication.

This time I am only looking for players who have the time commitment and dedication that is needed to become great. Your K/D and your Skill level mean nothing to me. With time and the right guidance anyone can improve their playing ability. However, no one can teach you loyalty and dedication. It's something that you have to already have.
