Here at Sparta Private Military Company, we're dedicated to giving the best soldiers access to the best contractors, and vice versa.
To determine eligibility, soldiers will be evaluated in 3 areas: Score per minute, Kill/Death ratio, and overall Skill. Evaluations can be curved if a soldier's favored class offers lesser rewards in these categories, such as a sniper, and class may also play a part in the application process. Some may be turned down temporarily (TDT) to avoid inflation of any particular soldier type.
Members are encouraged to change their Tags to reflect their rank, which is shown in a DNNN format (Division, and then 3-digit number, in order of enrollment). Divisions start at 0, then soldiers are transported to rank 9 at the completion of their first contract. From there, each contract brings you down a rank until the prestigious 1.
Once you've joined, you are welcome to either post contracts (Missions) or jump right into combat with a Sparta-sponsored squad of your choosing. Lone-wolf players are also welcome, as everyone has a different method of execution.
