2d Force Reconnaissance Battalion is a Battlefield 4 MilSim unit that utilizes realistic tactics, emulating those of the United States Marine Corps. As a unit, we strive to develop an understanding of tactical gameplay, and the importance of tactics as we immerse ourselves into combat scenarios using these methods, as our members transfer from Candidates to Operators.

2FR was founded by a group of Marines and a SARC from 2d Recon Battalion, who believe that it is possible to utilize real world tactics on a 3D Battlefield and conduct realistic training, as long as it is taught properly and with the intention of representing those who have earned their Recon Jack.

2FR is looking for prior Service Members, Active and Retired; as well as a select few civilians who are willing to attend the BRC Course and culminate in order to gain the knowledge and prove competence to team operations.
