I could not find any information on the Internet about what ranges correspond to the circles on the air radar. So I did a little experiment and found out that the ranges for each circle are: 80, 250, 400, 550, and 650m. You have to account for the altitude difference, because if you and the target are not at the same altitude the distance will be larger than shown on the radar.
This information is probably useless in a DF, but it can help in other situations. For example, while using laser guided missiles. If you want too shoot both missiles in one run, you have to shoot the first one when you are not closer to the target than 500m. Then there will be enough time for the second missile to load (it will happen approximately at 200m distance, if you brake all the time) and for you to shoot and pitch up. For the altitude between 300 and 400m the target should be near the last radar circle (650m on the radar, and ~730m real distance) for you to turn, lock on and shoot both missiles comfortably in one run. You can orientate yourself on the flag markers (which are shown on the air radar) near which the target is.
Another use is to stay away form camping stinger kids and vehicles with lock-on missiles. For this you have to know the maximum lock-on ranges for different weapons. Here they are in the ascending order: Javelin 350m, Stinger 400m, PLD & Soflam 500, Laser guided (not jet) 550, Igla 580, Passive radar & Heatseekers 650, Laser guided (jet) 900m.
Good luck!
