The 14th Precinct utilizes the discretion of few talented men to pass necessary justice on only those deserving of it. As a result of the nature of our work we humbly abide by three laws.
The first is that only under certain circumstances we travel alone.
The second ensures our unity by seeing no kill as "taken"
The final rule is that each man is exactly that, a man. No heroes here.
