• You got a problem? Put your name on it! Address Leadership with problems.
• Someone did you a solid? Post it on the Platoon Feed.

BE ACCOUNTABLE
• Know your role.
• Leadership is to be earned, not to be expected.
• You may be asked to step outside your comfort zone. Do it.

INNOVATE
• Always be thinking of new ways to play the objective.
• Share your ideas, strategies and possible recruits with Leadership.
