You have to sign up for Gravatar, and you can visit their web page by going to "Edit Profile" and clicking on "Visit Gravatar." After you have signed up with a valid email, you can chose a profile picture from your list of pictures or download one. I hope this helped, and sorry i was 2 weeks late :P
