All of OverSights Contractors receive training based on their skill set, examples are: Piloting(helicopters, and jets); Armored vehicles(MBT, LAV, Anti-Air); Frogmen/ Paratroopers; ETC. Here in OverSight, we have The High Council, whom promotes and demotes contractors on actions; skill and abilities in combat. We at OverSight look for people that stand up in the defense of people that cant defend themselves and we consider these guardians to be sheep dogs and that's what we want.
