K/D is a number to judge a players skill on the battlefield. K/D shows if you are good or not. Most players think that having a high K/D is an amazing thing to have. But, it really doesn't matter that much. Players who have a low K/D are called upon being scrubs or noobs to the game. But what that tells us is that maybe you're not as good at Close Quarter Combot, compared to long range engagements, or that maybe your sniping may not be good but you may be still learning, same goes with vehicles or even other things. But just because you aren't as good with those skills explained above, doesn't mean you suck. What you could be good at is playing the objective, reviving, giving ammo, spotting, basically anything that is team oriented. That is what we are looking for, players who can play the objective and those who play as a team!!
Now, lets get to the point, we at (XTAL) Xtreme Talent Gaming are recruiting anyone that wants to join. No matter how skillful you are it will be fine, we will take you in and we will do our very best to make you better at whatever your weaknesses are whether its Close quarter combat, vehicles etc...
We have our own clan server which is called (XTAL) Xtreme Talent Gaming where we can practice and play for fun when we have enough players to do so. We will do our very best to make you better as a teamplayer and an overall competitive/casual gamer!!

Requirements
-Must be active on both BF4 and Battlelog
-Must have a mic

For clan wars, everyone has a part to play whether their strong suit for clan wars is Domination or Conquest etc...
When clan wars are set up we will notify the whole team as to when the Date, Time, Gamemode, Maps and the Amount of Players we need to participate.
If for any reason you are unable to make it, plaease post your reason so we know.
Practices
Practices will be held on our server so we can get better as a team.
We will play against each other to further improve our: Teamwork, Communication, Gun Game, Vehicle play and more!!
