Abusive cheaters are corrupt players and don't deserves any players online.
Cheats for handicap and fun for all could be valid.

Hori TAC Grip 4

Server empty 90 FPS
Server full 30-45 FPS

All help for pump up FPS are wellcome.
The actual big problem I see is the PCI-e 1.0 4GB/s
The graphic card is 3.0 and read 5GB/s
