For ALL new Members you MUST serve an assessment period.

This Clan is Strictly R 16 +.

1. APPLY - apply for RMBO membership on Battlelog
2. PLAY - Add a current member, join us in chat and play. we can then determine how you play where your strengths and weaknesses are and where we can use you in the field. This period will last for 2 weeks. after you have completed assessment you will Run LC tags for a further 2 weeks until Founder voting has been completed
3. VOTE - After you have played alongside at least 3 of the 4 Founders we will hold a private vote with your Membership decided and outcome to follow.

As we have new members applying, this must remain discrete and discussion of membership over group chat must be kept in private.

As a Team we will grow, RMBO is a team we can build each other up and stay positive, in the face of adversity -

Bullying, Racism, Defamatory comments and negative behavior will not be tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly.

Remember this is only a game! if you have any issues with other members or team affiliates you must report this to a Founder for mediation or intervention. or go to private chat and sort it out. Communication makes us stronger.
