This platoon is for those who want high scores first, kills second. If you are a strategic/objectives oriented player this is the place for you. Like football your play style must be team first, yourself second. This means, your squad leader is the boss. If he calls the objective you must respond and do as ordered. This will in turn escalate your score/minute value. Squad leaders should be the highest rank in the squad unless the responsibility is deferred off to the next guy. Corresponding teams/squads will be assorted covering every class with a loadout that assists the requests of the other team leaders. In this group while in game play, mic chatter cannot help your team. If you feel like cursing out loud because you got killed, mute your mic so the rest of the team can still communicate. Courtesy.
