Whether you have chosen to apply to "BIA" or have been endorsed by an existing "BIA" member, the procedure for recruitment is the same.
1. Join this platoon.
2. Keep that platoon as your active platoon and clan-tags as BIAr. This will ensure that existing "BIA" members will recognize you in-game and will offer you a place in squad/party.
3. If you have been endorsed by an existing "BIA" member, that member becomes your key contact and mentor to all things "BIA".
4. You are responsible for establishing your own rapport with the rest of the "BIA". The probation period is as much about us getting along with you as it is about you getting along with us. Both sides, You and "BIA", have to get along and have fun. Add full members and join them.
5. Participation in the "BIA" Facebook Group is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Brothersinarms360/ [facebook.com]
6. Your 4 week probation can be shortened to 2 weeks if during the probation period a "BIA" member decides to endorse you preemptively.
7. Should you be accepted into the "BIA" full-time, there is a 30 calendar day period where you can not endorse/recommend new players.
8. Your probation period begins the second you put on clan tag on Battlelog.
9. There is no mandatory amount of game hours that you have to put in during your probation. However, it is recommended that you are as active as you can in order to familiarize yourself with the "BIA" environment and our family.
10. We are an equal opportunity recruiter: We will consider all ages, skill levels, races, creeds, genders and/or any combination of thereof.
11. You will receive a personal message within 7 calendar days of the end of your probation period with an Official "BIA" Recruitment Decision. Accepted members will be invited to the regular BIA platoon.
