21st Century Warfare [21cw.net]. I've been playing there for half a year now, and I regret immensely not finding out about it earlier.
In a nutshell: we just meet up on TS every Saturday evening, and play against predefined teams on an unranked server. Lots of unique action you won't find anywhere else, and lots of fun, of course. You can play as much as you want, nobody will expect you to sit through the whole battle (total time ranges from 6 to 12 hours). You might not believe that this works, but trust me, it does. And have been for over 10 years now.
