To my Platoon Leaders...
Criteria for recruitment: Communication, Marksmanship & Tactics.
-Each recruit must meet all 3 recruitment standards to be part of Look For Work Platoon.
-A breakdown of these standards:
-Communication: Recruits must have a mic and communicating throughout game with squad leader and squad. (Along with playing and following squad orders with squad leaders.)
-Marksmanship: Recruits must consistently have good marksmanship. This includes a positive kill/death ratio (k/d)
"If you can't identify and eliminate your threat, then you are not worth a damn to the rest of the squad."
-Tactics: Recruits must learn and understand the tactics of Platoon Look for Work. If they refuse to follow our tactics and play 'call of duty' style, then I do not want them in our platoon as it will make us no different from the other 'so called' platoons. We are Elite and I expect that in our tactics. No exceptions. Example: They must know to clear corners while entering rooms. As well as cover a different sector of fire than what the other squad members are covering. (So if I am in front and I am covering the front which is 12:00 to 11:00 and 10:00, he should be covering a different sector so we do not get flanked!
There are a multitude of tactics that must be learned in order to be effective as a squad member. And that is the job of the squad leaders to make that clear and to teach the new recruits the way of Look For Work.
