Complaint Description:
Continuos issues with there major games ie BF4. Tired of all the delays and errors in the game. I purchased several of your games. Seems same story. Tired of all the delays for promised items on certain date than have those items pushed back on that date. Naval Strike was to come out for the Xbox One and once again as a PREMIUM MEMBER it gets delayed. I have purchased all BF games since Bad Company 2 and even BF3 had major issues. Cant you guys put a game out with it messing up or have it ready on dates. I am afraid like my friends on BF4 we are all jumping ship from all future EA products. Tired of all the issues. BTW I am 38 and so are most the peeps I play with. I have many issues with you guys I would like to go over.
Your Desired Resolution:
I am wanting for once from you guys a good product at launch date and no problems except your standard ones that are expected. Not major issues 6 MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH.
