Core O!C Started on MAG in 3/2011. We play as a TEAM, and to WIN. If you dont like structured game play style OiC is not for you. The requirement to join is 18yrs and older with Mic, and a desire to follow orders and help each other to win games. We are competative, and move on the field together.. as like a wave across the board. If you do not want to follow My Tactical Play.. do not ask to join. My Officers know me and the tactics we use.. If you do not want to follow Squad Leader order, or mine, ultimately if I am in your squad, OiC is not for You.. I am a fair leader, and if I call you out it isnt personal, its about the TEAM. If I have to tell someone to get out of a NON Directive more than 3 times, I WILL get pissed off and call you out.. You will have 3 warnings.. and If you are disrespectful, I will remove you Instantly. We do not tolerate Racist comments. T-ogether E-veryone A-chieves M-ore!
