5. Sportsmanship and Humility are Paramount For leadership roles
6. Do not engage in intentional and demeaning trash talk, do not engage in trollery, and Never argue from Authority or Ignorance
7. If at any point, you find yourself in a position where you need somebody to vent to or just need somebody to talk to, maybe you've been depressed lately, All founders are available at any given time to talk to you, DO NOT be afraid to ask any of use to talk privately
