OODB Constitution
We the Players of Battlefield 4, in Order to form a more perfect Platoon, establish integrity, insure team based game play, tactician, provide for the common player, promote the skilled BF4 gamer, and secure the W/L & K/D ratios to ourselves and our Achievements, do enact and establish this Constitution for Over Our Dead Bodies.
1st Amendment- No recuit has the power over another player except for the Founders and Leaders that give orders. Members have the right to play and squad peacefully without tensions of heated arguments. Petitions to remove players or to make change to the Constitution must be dealt in an orderly fashion under reasonable circumstances.
2nd Amendment- Well regulated squads being necessary to tacticians, the right of the players to use their preferred class and weapons shall not be infringed.
3rd Amendment- No player shall, in times of game plays camp or troll with any weapon including snipers without the consent of Founders or Leaders, nor in times scrimmages or platoon battles, but to play and complete objectives is always our duty.
4th Amendment- The right of a gamer to be secure in their W/L & K/D ratios along with achievements and objectives against unskilled, unreliable, and harassing players shall not contravene. No petition to remove players can be made without probable cause. When suspicions arise it must be reported immediately to a Founder or Leader.
5th Amendment- Followed after petitions, accused gamers have the right of silence when being investigated to prevent further evidence of suspicion to being raised.
6th Amendment- Gamers shall be treated fairly. Founders or Leaders can be chosen to represent you for defense, as well as witnesses to testify against unreasonable suspicions. Other member of the platoon can be present when undergoing investigation to help determine the consequences of suspicion of the accused.
7th Amendment- Leaders shall remain contact with the Founder(s) and members shall remain in contact with Leaders. All Founders and Leaders shall remain active by finding BF4 as their priority game to manage OODB. To obtain a Founder or a Leader position we will off it to you if found reliable or ask if interested.
8th Amendment- Founders and Leaders shall posses a W/L ratio no less than 50% and a K/D ratio no less than 1.00 and posses recruiting skills. Meanwhile anyone is applicable but shall remain only as a member.
9th Amendment- Players shall be terminated, if without warning, is found inactive for more than 30 days.
10th Amendment- Recruits shall all have mics, connects not applicable. Every recruit will undergo boot camp game play with other Founders and Leaders to assure that your skill is applicable, as well as battlelog background checks. No kids, RATED M for MATURE!
