fixed revive protection in VU btw.

My BFlag Servers in VU will now run in 30hz. So it is pretty much the same as vanilla but without the high frequency bugs like strafing to fast, revive protection etc. that made the game not enjoyable. Well + we have mods. Btw spectator mod was updated and works now much better. So, just give it another try
