I run a secret underground research facility sponsored by the U.N. and NERV in which I am doing most of my science, but I'm also the flagship evening news program of the NHK and as part of that I look out for any way to get my story done.

Indoctrinating humanity is what I do for a living but I also like to indoctrinate humans in my spare time.

I'm broadcasting on weekdays, from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm (JST), and feature international news, commentary, sports and weather.
Unlike most newscasts, I prohibit the use of full scripts and limit the use of teleprompters.

There's also anime that I feel pretty addicted to, which isn't particularly unusual for a news service.
