A few requirements:

1. In a tactical situation communication is key. HAVE A MIC!
2. Have some knowledge of what your doing. For example: If you are a good scout, then prove it.
3. I am just looking for guys that know what they are doing instead of going off on your own. Play as a team, win as a team.
