apart from play nice and have fun I would encourage you to make occasional efforts to join other members online
and squad up.

Use this Platoon as an opportunity to grow and try out different things. We won't penalize you if your a sniper that
doesnt spot, or a lazy engineer as long as you understand that this is not efficient for you or the team.

We understand if you can't be arsed sometimes and just want to pump lead into someone.
But remember the Squad/Team benefits when everything is in order and you will reap the profits.

Set your own goals. Study your/our stats. Your stats reflect your performance, no one else's.
Be proud of them, even gloat if you please. A bit of in house competition never hurts.
